We may have sent you an updated needs list. Please keep an eye out for those updated requests, and forward what we need as soon as possible. You may upload documents securely through my APPLICATION PORTAL. 

We will order an appraisal to confirm the property's value. 

We will order a title examination in order to confirm that the property is free and clear of liens that may effect your ownership.
